Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Talentronic collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Talentronic app provided by your employer. By using the app, you consent to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account and profile data such as your name, email, employer, and role
• Recruiting and hiring data you access or create in the app, including candidates, interview schedules, and notes
• Usage data such as device information, logins, and feature interactions

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the app, including managing hiring workflows, communicating within your organization, and providing support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data Sharing

Information is shared within your employer organization based on permissions. We may share data with service providers who help operate the app, and we may disclose information as required by law.

Security and Storage

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your employer maintains an account with us or as required for legal and compliance purposes. Your employer controls retention settings and access within the app.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data through your employer or by contacting support@talentronic.com.

If You Use Calendar Integration

If you connect a third-party calendar (Google or Microsoft), we access your calendar to manage interview scheduling. Specifically, we may:

• View events to identify available time slots and prevent scheduling conflicts
• Create events when interviews are scheduled
• Modify events when interview details change
• Delete events when interviews are canceled

We use calendar data solely for interview scheduling and do not read or store the content of events not created by Talentronic. When you disconnect your calendar, we revoke access and delete stored tokens. Previously created interview events remain on your calendar.

Third-Party Services

The following applies only if you choose to connect a third-party calendar to Talentronic. These integrations are optional and may not yet be available for all accounts.

Google Calendar

Our use of Google Calendar is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Talentronic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In accordance with Google’s Limited Use requirements:

• We only use Google Calendar data to provide and improve the interview scheduling features you see in Talentronic.
• We read existing calendar events only to determine your availability. We do not store event details for events that were not created by Talentronic.
• We do not transfer Google Calendar data to others except as necessary to provide the scheduling features, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable laws.
• No humans read your Google Calendar data unless you have given specific consent, it is needed for security investigation, or it is required by law.
• We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, sell it to data brokers, use it to determine credit-worthiness, or use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

You can revoke Talentronic’s access to your Google data at any time through Google Account Permissions. When you revoke access, disconnect your calendar, or close your account, we delete all stored Google tokens and data.

Microsoft Outlook

Our use of Microsoft Outlook is subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement and the Microsoft APIs Terms of Use. We only use Outlook calendar data to provide and improve the interview scheduling features in Talentronic. We read existing calendar events only to determine your availability and do not store event details for events that were not created by Talentronic. We do not use Outlook data for advertising, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.

You can revoke Talentronic’s access to your Microsoft data at any time through My Apps or Microsoft Account Permissions. When you revoke access, disconnect your calendar, or close your account, we delete all stored Microsoft tokens and data.
